About
Adam Benhayoune is a former LSU men’s basketball player, high school All-State power forward, and passionate advocate for inclusive athlete development. Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Adam made his mark as the city’s top-ranked power forward and his high school’s all-time leader in wins and rebounds. He went on to play four seasons in the SEC with LSU, earning a reputation for elite shooting—going 7-for-11 from beyond the arc on the Tigers’ home court—and academic dedication, achieving SEC Honor Roll status every year. Despite a rare and painful cartilage condition that caused multiple kneecap dislocations, Adam adapted his game to stay competitive and contribute meaningfully to his team. His experience navigating high-level athletics with a chronic injury now informs his perspective as a mentor and coach. Beyond the court, Adam has played an active role in the NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) space. He worked with Players Inc, helping design and launch licensed apparel and assist athletes at over 30 Power Five schools in managing their branding and endorsement opportunities.
